San Antonio Area Foundation

Jessica Lombard is the Learning and Development Director for the San Antonio Area Foundation. Her career includes over a decade of leadership experience, development, and leading teams within project & change management. She also has a decade of service in nonprofit work, where she served San Antonio’s youth as a youth minister. She is an experienced communicator who has a passion to help South Texas non-profits develop their teams and resources to build a positive impact on our community. Jessica strives to help and encourage others to achieve their goals at developing their non-profit missions and capacity. When not serving our great San Antonio community, you can find Jessica supporting her daughters with Volleyball or Drill team.

Renee Carta is the Learning and Development Coordinator at the San Antonio Area Foundation. She joined the organization in 2019 as the Front Desk Assistant, where she provided dedicated support to nonprofit members and staff. With over a decade of experience in administrative roles and customer service, Renee is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and reach their full potential. As the L&D Coordinator, Renee supports all Learning and Development programs to enhance nonprofit skills, performance, and productivity. She focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring the community has the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. Outside of work, Renee enjoys reading and collecting books, watching films, and spending quality time with her husband and two boys.
