Learn and Grow with Us!

September 22 (Tuesday), 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

When you see headlines in the news about multi-million dollar donations to a local nonprofit, do you ever wonder “How did they do that?” This session will peel back the curtain on how high-performing development teams cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors. We will start by examining the types of major donors and their motivations. We will learn about the unique donor landscape in San Antonio. We will then evaluate your organization’s current relationships, capacity, and history of success with major donors. Please also consider joining us for Part 2 of this series, “Executing your Major Gifts Strategy”, in which we’ll use your internal assessment to craft a major donor strategy that delivers for your organization. The next time you read about an eye-popping donation in the news, we want your organization and your worthy cause to be the one celebrating.
