Thursday, June 27 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Prospective employees have a choice in where they will work. Contemporary job seekers value meaning and purpose in their work – and having a mission statement and more values is not enough. In a highly competitive talent landscape, it’s important to stand out in your recruiting and retention efforts. The “Power of Values Based Leadership” workshop discusses the impact of using values as the basis for driving your culture.
