Meet Your Expert Speaker
Director of Grants and Recognitions, NISD Sharon Sanchez
Sharon Sanchez has over 25 years of extensive grant experience. She is the Director of the Grants and Recognitions Department for Northside Independent School District. Prior to that, she worked at the San Antonio Housing Authority as a grant manager. She has served more than 21 years in the district, 18 as Director where she oversees preparation of competitive and federal entitlement grants, conducts compliance monitoring and program reporting. She has served as a grant reviewer for federal and city grants. Sharon earned an undergraduate and graduate degree from UTSA.

If a Course Is Cancelled or Postponed by the Area Foundation
If a workshop or class is unexpectedly cancelled or postponed by the Area Foundation, a refund or credit toward another workshop or class will be issued.

If You Can’t Attend and Want to Send a Substitute
If you are unable to attend a workshop or class, you may send a substitute in your place. Please contact the Learning and Development team at [email protected] in advance and provide their information so we can complete their enrollment.
