Learn and Grow with Us!

These highly interactive sessions are led by Guy Clumpner, President of HOLT Development Services. Since 2015, under Guy's instruction, the Area Foundation and HOLT Development Services Inc. have been serving the community through the HOLT Values-Based Leadership™ Fellows program. In 2022, HOLT CAT and HDSI deepened their commitment to strengthening nonprofit leaders and launched the Power Leader Workshop series. Through facilitated discussions and self-reflection, participants explore core leadership principles, such as Holt Values-Based Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability to Feedback, and Resiliency. Some sessions require participants to complete a self-assessment (TKI, Johari Window, the DiSC, etc.) in advance. Each workshop is a 3.5-hour stand-alone session, although we encourage registrants to attend all four sessions. The fee for these sessions includes the additional charge for these assessments.
