How Group Orders Work

The Group Order feature allows organizations and teams to purchase multiple seats in a course with a single transaction and easily distribute access to learners. It saves time, simplifies enrollment management, and provides visibility into seat usage and learner participation through a dedicated Seat Manager Dashboard.

Select a Course and Choose the Number of Seats
Choose the course you'd like to purchase and enter the number of learner seats you need at checkout.
Recipients Create an Account
Learners click the sign-up link, create an account, and claim their seat in the course.
Complete Your Purchase
Finish the checkout process as usual. After purchase, you'll be given access to manage your seats.
Track Enrollment Progress
As the Seat Manager, you can see how many seats have been claimed, how many are still available, and who has enrolled.
Copy the unique sign-up link and send it to the individuals who will be using the purchased seats.

Manage and Add Seats Anytime
Need more spots? You can purchase additional seats, resend links, and manage your group directly from the Seat Manager Dashboard.

How to Gift a Course

The Gift a Course feature makes it easy to share learning opportunities with colleagues, friends, or team members by purchasing a course on their behalf. Recipients receive an email to redeem the gift and gain access to the course at their convenience, making professional development more accessible and flexible.

Select the Course You Want to Gift
Find the course you'd like to purchase for someone else.
The Recipient Receives an Email Invitation
The person receiving the gift will get an email with instructions to claim their course.
Choose "Buy as a Gift"
If you're not signed in, you'll be prompted to log in or create an account during checkout.
At checkout, select Buy as a Gift.
The Recipient Creates an Account and Redeems the Gift
They'll click the link in the email, create an account (or sign in if they already have one), and redeem the gifted course.
Complete Your Purchase
Finish the checkout process just as you would for any other course purchase.
Learning Begins!
Once the gift is redeemed, the recipient gains immediate access to the course.
