Program Topics
Key Information that provide you with the tools and support to thrive!
1. This IN-PERSON program launches with an orientation on February 7th. Sessions will be held every Friday, beginning on February 14th thru March 28th
2. The program is a total of 5 days, making up 30 hours of learning. Learners must complete 24 hours to receive a certificate.
3. The program is an investment of $695 upon registration.
4. The program is designed for experienced mid-level managers, first-time supervisors, and anyone looking to grow or refresh their management skills.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we offer scholarships on a learner-by-learner basis. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please email [email protected] for more information on eligibility and the application process.
Certificates will be presented at the last class of the certificate cohort. Participants must have attended a minimum of 27 hours of learning to be eligible for the certificate. If you have any questions about your certificate, please feel free to contact the Learning and Development Team.
No, classes are not recorded to respect the speakers' intellectual property. We encourage participants to take notes and engage actively during the sessions.
If a workshop or class is unexpectedly canceled or postponed by the Area Foundation, participants will receive a refund or a credit towards another workshop or class. If a registrant is unable to attend, they may send a substitute or request a credit. However, please note that no credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 72 hours before the workshop. For more information, please contact us at [email protected]
Yes, printed speaker materials will be provided and ready for learners on the day of the class. Please note that these materials are the intellectual property of the speakers and are not guaranteed to be available digitally.
