Understanding the importance of a clear, compelling strategic version is common, yet leaders often face negative experiences while developing them. It starts with clarifying organizational identity and then building a version that appreciates the most important organizational beliefs, values, and convictions. It results in a lean plan that is both easy to onboard people to AND easy to adjust to in the ever-changing dynamic world we live in. In modern strategic planning, we focus on creating such lean plans and emphasize the clarity of organizational identity before envisioning the future.
Meet Your Expert Speaker
CEO & Co-Founder of 6Levers Shaun Lee
Shaun Lee is CEO and co-founder of 6 Levers, where he helps teams adopt practices and strategies that build sustained organizational health. Before co-founding 6 Levers, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Haven for Hope and has consulted on homeless service systems across the United States. Shaun also founded Truckin' Tomato, a social enterprise combining a food truck and farmer's market to provide job training for individuals experiencing homelessness while generating revenue for nonprofits addressing food insecurity. Truckin' Tomato later merged with Farmhouse Delivery, where he served as CEO. He earned a Master of Social Work focused on Community Organization and Nonprofit Management and Leadership and later received his MBA from UTSA.

The San Antonio Area Foundation has a no refund policy.
If a workshop and/or class has been unexpectedly cancelled and/or postponed by the Area Foundation, a refund or credit towards another workshop and/or class will be issued. If a registrant is unable to attend a workshop and/or class, a substitute may be sent or a credit may be issued. No credits will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours before a workshop.
