  • Determine whether your organization has a culture of philanthropy.


Who should attend?

Development professionals who have direct responsibility for implementing the annual fund, fundraising staff responsible for donor stewardship, or fundraising staff seeking to engage everyone in their organization's fundraising efforts. Attendees should have a strong working knowledge of basic fundraising principles.

Co-Founder, Principal Burnam | Gray Carrie Gray

Carrie Gray, co-founder and principal of Burnam | Gray brings 25 years of progressive experience in resource development, strategy, budgeting, organizational development, community partnerships, communications and the creation of highly effective teams. Gray successfully completed a $25 million multi-faceted campaign for an organization with an annual operating budget of $35 million and has created communications plans that are inclusive of the varying roles needed to maintain consistent messaging. Gray served as vice president of Development and Donor Services at the San Antonio Area Foundation. She has led and managed organizational change including creating and implementing new fundraising programs.
