Participants will learn how to foster an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas, taking risks, and providing feedback without fear. Through practical strategies and real-world examples, attendees will discover ways to build trust, enhance collaboration, and empower individuals to bring their full selves to work.

Mental Health Facilitator Sinclair Ceasar III

Sinclair Ceasar III, CEO and Founder of Sinclairity Consulting is a passionate advocate and community builder for promoting workplace mental health. With over a decade of experience in fostering environments that prioritize mental health and well-being Sinclair has dedicated his career to advancing the cause. Sinclair's unwavering commitment to mental health advocacy and workplace wellbeing has made him a sought-after speaker and consultant. Since 2012, he has collaborated with over 30 organizations, including Microsoft, LinkedIn, Johns Hopkins University, The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), San Antonio Zoo, YMCA, Haven for Hope, Mental Health America Lakeshore. Sinclair holds an M.S. degree in Leadership from Rosemont College and is certified in both Adult & Youth Mental Health First Aid.

Refund/Credit Policy

  • The San Antonio Area Foundation has a no refund policy.

    If a workshop and/or class has been unexpectedly cancelled and/or postponed by the Area Foundation, a refund or credit towards another workshop and/or class will be issued. If a registrant is unable to attend a workshop and/or class, a substitute may be sent or a credit may be issued. No credits will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours before a workshop.
