Tuesday, September 23 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In this session, you will use your internal assessment developed in Part 1 to craft a major donor strategy that delivers for your organization. You will discover effective tactics for conducting research, developing donor cultivation plans, engaging your board, and creating moments that truly inspire. By the end, you will have a realistic long-term plan for securing million-dollar gifts.
