Jade Tate is the senior associate of Development and Communications at Teach For America. She is also the founder of Light Communications, which handles branding and marketing needs for her clients. Tate has several years experience in event and brand management, marketing and public relations. Her specialties include: Content development, social media, brand management, process improvement, internal communications, office management, event planning.

Course Description...

In this class, you will learn how to strategically share your organization’s story and impact on social media.  From audience identification to practical implementation skills, we’ll cover how to bring your story to life on the social media platform(s) that expands your reach through storytelling.  Creating content that ‘wows’ and building your reputation in ways that generate supporters and donors.

Refund/Credit Policy

  • The San Antonio Area Foundation has a no refund policy.

    If a workshop and/or class has been unexpectedly cancelled and/or postponed by the Area Foundation, a refund or credit towards another workshop and/or class will be issued. If a registrant is unable to attend a workshop and/or class, a substitute may be sent or a credit may be issued. No credits will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours before a workshop.
