Chief Executive Office of Minerva Work Solutions Kathryn Keeton, Ph.D.

Kathryn E. Keeton is the chief executive officer of Minerva Work Solutions, which provides HR consulting services including team and leadership training, executive coaching, selection and assessment, and employee engagement. Before establishing Minerva, Keeton worked as a subcontractor to the National Aviation and Space Administration (NASA) as a senior scientist and as an innovation strategist. She received her masters and doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and has authored and co-authored multiple publications. Keeton is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP), the American Psychological Association (APA), and is a licensed psychologist.

Refund/Credit Policy

  • The San Antonio Area Foundation has a no refund policy.

    Address common questions ahead of time to save yourself If a workshop and/or class has been unexpectedly cancelled and/or postponed by the Area Foundation, a refund or credit towards another workshop and/or class will be issued. If a registrant is unable to attend a workshop and/or class, a substitute may be sent or a credit may be issued. No credits will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours before a workshop.
